The exact scope of services will be agreed separately with each client through proposals, quotations, agreements, invoices, or written communications.

2. Use of Our Website

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, Sponsored Marketing Agency does not guarantee specific results such as a fixed number of sales, leads, followers, website visits, conversions, rankings, or revenue.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the delivery of services. This may include brand assets, business information, product details, login access, approvals, feedback, media files, advertising budgets, and any other materials required for the project.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials provided to Sponsored Marketing Agency are legally owned, licensed, or authorized for use.

Delays in providing required information, approvals, payments, or access may affect timelines, campaign performance, and delivery schedules.

5. Payments and Fees

Fees, payment terms, project costs, retainers, advertising budgets, and other charges will be outlined in the relevant quotation, invoice, agreement, or written confirmation.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed schedule.

  • Work may not begin until the required advance payment or confirmation is received.

  • Advertising budgets, third-party fees, software subscriptions, platform fees, influencer fees, media buying costs, printing costs, or production expenses are separate from agency service fees unless clearly stated otherwise.

  • Late payments may result in delays, suspension of services, or cancellation of ongoing work.

All fees are non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Revisions and Approvals

Sponsored Marketing Agency may provide revisions depending on the scope of work agreed with the client. The number of included revisions, if applicable, will be defined in the relevant proposal, quotation, or agreement.

Once work is approved by the client, any further changes, additions, or modifications may be treated as extra work and may be subject to additional charges.

Client approvals may be given through email, messaging platforms, project management tools, signed documents, or any other written form of communication.

7. Intellectual Property

All original creative work, strategies, designs, content, visuals, campaign concepts, documents, and materials created by Sponsored Marketing Agency remain the intellectual property of Sponsored Marketing Agency until full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Upon full payment, the client may receive usage rights or ownership rights to the final approved deliverables, depending on the agreed scope.

Sponsored Marketing Agency reserves the right to use completed work, campaigns, visuals, case studies, results, and project references for portfolio, marketing, presentation, and promotional purposes, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing and such request is accepted by Sponsored Marketing Agency.

Drafts, concepts, rejected ideas, internal documents, strategy notes, source files, editable files, and working files are not included unless specifically agreed in writing.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Tools

Our services may involve the use of third-party platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, Shopify, WordPress, email platforms, analytics tools, advertising platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, or other external services.

Sponsored Marketing Agency is not responsible for:

  • Changes in third-party platform policies

  • Account restrictions, suspensions, bans, or verification issues

  • Technical failures caused by external platforms

  • Algorithm changes

  • Delays or errors from third-party providers

  • Changes in advertising costs or campaign approvals

  • Loss of access caused by incorrect credentials or client-side account issues

Clients are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party platforms used in connection with our services.

9. Advertising and Campaign Performance

Sponsored Marketing Agency manages campaigns using professional practices and data-driven decision-making. However, advertising performance is influenced by many factors outside our direct control.

We do not guarantee that any advertising campaign will achieve a specific number of leads, sales, conversions, followers, impressions, clicks, or revenue unless such guarantee is expressly stated in a written agreement.

The client understands that advertising budgets are paid to the advertising platform and are separate from agency management fees.

10. Termination

Services may be suspended or terminated if:

  • Payments are not made on time

  • Required information or access is not provided

  • The client requests unlawful or unethical work

  • The client breaches these Terms

  • Continuing the service becomes legally or commercially impractical

Any outstanding fees for completed work, active services, or third-party costs remain payable.

11. Privacy and Data

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
